Cancellation Policy

Please note that refunds are not available and no transfer of payment is possible for block pricing-plans. If you are unable to attend a single drop-in class for which you have booked and paid at the drop-in price, your payment may be transferred, according to the following conditions: 1. Transfer of payment must be arranged at least one hour before your booked class time. 2. Transfer of payment to another class may only be done once per original booking. 3. The new class time (to which you would like your payment transferred) must be within 14 days of the original booking.
