Fire Element

In July and August we are at the height of summer with warm, sunny days inviting us to expand our energy and be more social. This can be great if you have sufficiently rested over winter and spring. However, without adequate rest and replenishment in the cooler seasons, summer may need to be taken a bit more steadily or we risk 'burn out', the depletion of our fire element. The organs associated with the summer are the heart and small intestine.
