About
I went to my first yoga class in 2005 and have been hooked ever since by its transformational and restorative properties.
I qualified as a 200hr Hatha Raja Yoga Teacher with CYS London/Scotland in 2012. My training back then consisted of a regular Ashtanga practice. Now, I offer slower-paced flows with influences from many different styles of yoga.
