Hello, I'm Chris and I've been teaching Yoga for over 10 years now in Caversham, Dunsden, Shiplake, Henley and Reading. My relaxing classes are fun and inclusive with the main aim of bringing a sense of calm to your day and stress-relief for mind and body. Classes include breathing exercises and strengthening poses and slow flows. The guided relaxation at the end of class is a favourite with my students.
